Instructions
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
- Place shrimp in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them, then seal and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400 degrees).
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 5 to 6 per skewer.
- Clean and oil the grill grates, then place the shrimp on the grill.
- Grill shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired and serve.
