Shrimp Marinade

The shrimp

shrimp, peeled and deveined
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together.
- Reserve 1 tablespoon of the marinade for later use, then add garlic and chili flakes to the bowl.
- Place shrimp in a resealable bag and pour in the marinade, sealing the bag and shaking to coat the shrimp.
- Refrigerate the shrimp to marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.
- Cook the shrimp by broiling, grilling, or sautéing for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Drizzle the reserved marinade over the cooked shrimp and serve.
