Ingredients

The sauce

  • ½ tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

The shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the coconut aminos, 1 tbsp olive oil, honey, and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.
  3. Once hot, add the shrimp to the skillet.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  5. Cook the shrimp for about 1-2 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally adding any remaining sauce on top.
