Sheet Pan Honey Garlic Shrimp

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix coconut aminos, honey, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until combined. Marinate shrimp with half of the mixture.
- Toss green beans with sesame oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on the baking sheet and roast for 12 minutes.
- Add marinated shrimp to the baking sheet and roast for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Simmer the remaining sauce in a saucepan, then whisk in cornstarch mixed with water until thickened.
- Combine cooked shrimp and green beans in a bowl, pour the thickened sauce over, and toss to coat.
