Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender, then remove and keep warm.
- Wipe the pan clean and turn the heat to high, adding the remaining oil.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then add to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return the broccoli to the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together water, honey, and soy sauce.
- Mix cornstarch with a tablespoon of cold water in a small bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the shrimp and vegetables, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and bring to a boil, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Serve immediately, with rice if desired.
