Instructions
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet with 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat.
- Dab shrimp dry, add to skillet in a single layer, and season with salt.
- Cook shrimp for about 1 to 1½ minutes per side until pink and opaque, then transfer to a plate.
- In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté broccoli for 1 minute.
- Add snow peas, bell pepper, and green onions, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
- Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired, and serve immediately.
