Ingredients

Stir Fry Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Stir Fry Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
  • cups broccoli florets
  • cups snow peas
  • cups chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet with 1 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Dab shrimp dry, add to skillet in a single layer, and season with salt.
  4. Cook shrimp for about 1 to 1½ minutes per side until pink and opaque, then transfer to a plate.
  5. In the same skillet, heat remaining oil and sauté broccoli for 1 minute.
  6. Add snow peas, bell pepper, and green onions, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
  8. Pour in the sauce and cook until thickened, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
  9. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  10. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions if desired, and serve immediately.
