Instructions
- Whisk together soy sauce, chicken stock, cornstarch, and honey; set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté garlic and ginger for about 1 minute.
- Add onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in shrimp and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce mixture and cook until it thickens.
- Add vegetables, red bell pepper, and green onions; stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Throw in basil and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve with warm rice.
