Easy Shrimp Stir Fry

raw large/jumbo shrimp, deveined and tails removed
Instructions
- Combine all stir fry sauce ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well mixed.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium/high heat and add olive oil and sesame oil.
- Add bell pepper, red onion, snow peas, and carrots to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Add sliced garlic and shrimp to the pan, cooking for an additional minute while stirring.
- Shake the stir fry sauce again and pour it over the shrimp and vegetables, mixing well to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes to thicken the sauce, then remove from heat and serve over rice.
