Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry

The stir fry

daikon radish, peeled and sliced diagonally

Instructions
- 1. Mix the first four ingredients in a small bowl to create the sauce and set aside.
- 2. Heat half of the peanut oil in a wok over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for about 3 minutes until opaque, then remove them from the wok.
- 3. Heat the remaining peanut oil in the wok and add the vegetables, cooking for 2 minutes until crisp-tender, then remove them and set aside.
- 4. Add the sauce to the wok and cook for a minute to thicken, stirring constantly.
- 5. Return the shrimp and vegetable mixture to the wok, heat through for a minute while stirring to coat with the sauce.
- 6. Serve over brown rice.
