Shrimp and Broccoli

The sauce

soy sauce

Instructions
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, whisk well, and set aside.
- Wash and rinse the broccoli, then boil for 1 minute and transfer to ice-cold water for 5 minutes before draining.
- Rinse and pat the shrimp dry. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat, add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Add shrimp and stir until cooked through and pink.
- Turn heat to medium-low, add broccoli and sauce, stirring for 1 minute until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
