The Shrimp and Broccoli

medium-sized Raw Shrimp, cleaned, peeled, and deveined

Instructions
- 1. Rinse and dry the shrimp, then season with salt.
- 2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook broccoli for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred, then add red onion and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 5. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, add green onions, and cook until the sauce thickens.
- 6. Serve hot over rice and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
