Sauteed Shrimp and Broccoli

The sauce

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients in a glass measuring cup until well combined.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and sauté the shrimp until pink but slightly translucent, then remove them to a plate.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and bell peppers, sautéing until slightly softened.
- Add green onions, garlic, ginger, and cashews, sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the sauce and cook for about 2 minutes until the broccoli is softened and the sauce reduces.
- Return the shrimp to the wok, stir well, and let the dish rest until shrimp is fully cooked.
- Serve with steamed rice if desired.
