Hoisin Shrimp with Broccoli

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp with cold water, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce, water, and cornstarch until well combined.
- Heat a skillet or wok over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- Sauté the ginger until aromatic, then add the shrimp and stir until they turn white.
- Add the broccoli florets and red bell pepper, stirring to combine.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Turn off the heat, transfer the shrimp to a serving platter, and garnish with white sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
