Easy Hoisin Shrimp

The shrimp and sauce

shrimp, peeled and deveined

olive oil
Optional toppings

Instructions
- Mix hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and sauté half of the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove cooked shrimp and repeat with the remaining shrimp.
- Add the first batch of shrimp back to the pan with the hoisin sauce mixture and sauté for 1-2 minutes until coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve warm over rice, quinoa, noodles, or veggies.
