Honey Garlic Sauteed Shrimp

Chinese five spice
The sauce

grape seed oil

raw honey

Instructions
- Peel and devein the shrimp, then season with Chinese five spice and toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, mix raw honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, and minced garlic.
- Heat grape seed oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook half the shrimp for 1 minute on each side, then remove.
- Cook the remaining shrimp for 1 minute on each side, then return the first batch to the skillet.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp, toss to coat, and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve, garnished with sliced green onions.
