Instructions
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Pat the shrimp dry and toss with salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat until smoking, then add shrimp and cook until pink.
- Transfer shrimp to a plate and add bell peppers and sugar snap peas to the skillet, cooking without stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir the vegetables and cook until lightly browned, then add garlic and ginger, sautéing for another 30 seconds.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Return the shrimp to the pan, toss to combine, and heat through.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro before serving.
