Instructions
- Thaw the frozen shrimp and pat them dry.
- Heat a wok or skillet over medium heat and add melted butter.
- Sauté minced garlic for 10 seconds, then add the shrimp.
- Stir the shrimp and add fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
- Cook the shrimp, then add chopped scallions.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp and serve immediately.
