Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water, then drain and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, stirring and cooking them.
- Incorporate honey, lime juice, chipotle chili powder, and salt, stirring well.
- Continue stirring to ensure both sides of the shrimp are cooked evenly.
- Add chopped parsley or cilantro and stir to combine.
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
