Instructions
- Combine shrimp with oil, lime juice, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, honey, salt, cumin, and cayenne in a bowl and let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add remaining oil.
- Cook the shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Assemble bowls with brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, green onions, red onion, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and additional adobo sauce if desired.
