The seasonings

  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp McCormick's Grill Mates BBQ seasoning
  • 1 tsp McCormick's Grill Mates Montreal Chicken seasoning
  • to taste unit salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Add shrimp to a Ziploc bag and drizzle with soy sauce and lime juice, then sprinkle with seasonings and cilantro.
  2. 2. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  3. 3. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Grill the shrimp in a grill pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until bright pink.
  5. 5. Heat black beans in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Combine cooked shrimp, quinoa, sliced avocado, and black beans in a bowl, and garnish with fresh lime.
