Cilantro Lime Shrimp Quinoa Bowl

Instructions
- 1. Add shrimp to a Ziploc bag and drizzle with soy sauce and lime juice, then sprinkle with seasonings and cilantro.
- 2. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
- 3. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
- 4. Grill the shrimp in a grill pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until bright pink.
- 5. Heat black beans in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- 6. Combine cooked shrimp, quinoa, sliced avocado, and black beans in a bowl, and garnish with fresh lime.
- 7. Serve immediately.
