Instructions
- Cut the onion and bell peppers into thin strips and layer them with the shrimp in a large zip-lock bag.
- Whisk together the ketchup, cilantro, lime juice, orange zest, orange juice, and chopped chipotle peppers.
- Pour the mixture over the shrimp in the bag, seal it, and chill for 12 to 24 hours to marinate.
- When ready to serve, pour the mixture into a bowl and enjoy.
