Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

The cocktail sauce

ketchup

chili sauce

prepared horseradish

fresh lemon juice

a couple of splashes
hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel and devein the shrimp if not already done, then toss with olive oil.
- Spread the shrimp on a rimmed baking sheet and roast in the oven for 6-8 minutes until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, chili sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce to make the cocktail sauce.
- Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce and extra lemon slices.
