Instructions
- Combine and mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl or blender.
- Let the sauce sit in the fridge for 60 minutes before serving.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix shrimp with Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Place shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast shrimp for 8-10 minutes until pink and firm.
- Garnish shrimp with parsley and serve with cocktail sauce.
