Ingredients

The sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon hot sauce
  • to taste salt and pepper

The shrimp

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons parsley
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine and mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl or blender.
  2. Let the sauce sit in the fridge for 60 minutes before serving.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  4. Mix shrimp with Creole seasoning, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast shrimp for 8-10 minutes until pink and firm.
  7. Garnish shrimp with parsley and serve with cocktail sauce.
