Instructions
- 1. In a large stockpot, combine water, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and Old Bay seasoning.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over high heat.
- 3. Once boiling, add the fresh shrimp and stir.
- 4. Cook the shrimp for approximately 3 minutes until they are opaque and pink/peach in color.
- 5. Drain the shrimp in a strainer.
- 6. Serve immediately or chill in an ice bath if serving as a shrimp cocktail.
- 7. For the cocktail sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined and adjust to taste.
