Instructions
- Cook the potatoes in a large stockpot with cold water until tender.
- Add corn, garlic, vinegar, and Old Bay seasoning, and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add onion, lemon halves, sausage, and shrimp, and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
- Drain the water and pour the shrimp boil onto a platter or newspaper, garnishing with green onions.
- Mix all cocktail sauce ingredients in a small bowl and chill until ready to serve.
