Shrimp Boil

Instructions
- Fill a large pot with 4 quarts of water and stir in onion, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and thyme. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and season with salt. Cook until the potatoes are nearly tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add corn and continue cooking for 3 minutes. Then add sausage and cook for 4 minutes longer.
- Gently stir in shrimp and cook until just opaque and pink, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Drain the mixture and spread it over a large serving platter or baking sheet.
- Drizzle with melted butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
