Instructions
- Prepare a pot with water and a steamer basket, boil the water, and steam the potatoes until tender.
- Cut the potatoes into bite-size wedges.
- Prepare 8 pieces of foil and stack them to create 4 packets.
- Distribute shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn, and onion evenly among the foil packets.
- Sprinkle each packet with Old Bay Seasoning and salt, then drizzle with olive oil or add butter.
- Seal the packets tightly to prevent steam from escaping.
- Cook the packets over coals or on a grill for 10-15 minutes, or in an oven at 400°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Open the packets carefully to let out steam and serve.
