Cajun Shrimp Boil Foil Packets

Instructions
- Combine shrimp, sausage, zucchini, potatoes, and corn in a large bowl.
- Add melted butter, Cajun seasoning, and seafood seasoning, and toss to combine.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 400°F.
- Place four large pieces of aluminum foil on the counter.
- Divide the mixture evenly onto the foil pieces and fold to create sealed packets.
- Grill for 10 minutes, flip, and grill for another 5 minutes, or bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets and serve hot with parsley and lemon wedges.
