Cajun Shrimp in Foil

Instructions
- Combine Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then toss with shrimp.
- Place four large pieces of aluminum foil on a flat surface.
- Divide sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, and corn among the foil pieces, placing vegetables in the center.
- Top each with about six shrimp, parsley, and basil.
- Drizzle each with wine and olive oil, then fold the foil to seal tightly.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and arrange the packets on a baking sheet.
- Cook for about 13 minutes until shrimp is cooked and vegetables are tender.
- Open the packets carefully to avoid steam and serve.
