Reynolds Wrap Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil (16” each)
Instructions
- Whisk together grated garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl, then add shrimp and toss to coat; chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Prepare foil packets by tearing off 4 sheets of aluminum foil.
- Place 10 shrimp in the center of each foil sheet and top with remaining garlic slices, wine, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and melted butter.
- Seal the foil packets by bringing up the long sides and folding the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate.
- Grill the packets over high heat for about 8 minutes.
- Carefully open the packets and top with chopped parsley; serve with lemon wedges.
