Shrimp Scampi Skewers

Instructions
- Prepare the garlic parsley butter by melting butter in a pan, adding garlic, and cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in white wine and chopped parsley, then set aside.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread shrimp and lemon slices onto skewers, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and brush with garlic parsley butter, squeezing grilled lemons over the shrimp.
- Serve immediately.
