Lemon Garlic Shrimp Skewers

The skewers
Instructions
- Combine the shrimp, olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a non-reactive container and stir gently to coat the shrimp.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate to marinate for 1 to 4 hours.
- Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side, brushing with leftover marinade.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley and lemon slices, and serve immediately.
