Rosemary Lemon Shrimp Skewers

The marinade

Instructions
- Remove rosemary needles from the stems and set aside.
- Combine rosemary needles, olive oil, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl and blend to create a marinade.
- Marinate the shrimp in the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the grill while the shrimp is marinating.
- Slice the lemons thinly.
- Thread the shrimp onto rosemary skewers, alternating with lemon slices.
- Prepare the grill for cooking and add rosemary sprigs to the coals for flavor.
- Grill the shrimp for a few minutes on each side until pink, being careful not to overcook.
- Grill the remaining lemon slices until charred for serving.
- Serve the grilled shrimp with the charred lemons.
