Instructions
- Combine grated garlic, salt, and olive oil in a bowl, add shrimp, coat, and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink but slightly underdone, then remove from skillet.
- Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, cook until fragrant.
- Pour in white wine and lemon juice, reduce by half, then add butter and stir until melted and thickened.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, cook until fully done, garnish with parsley, and serve with bread.
