Roasted Shrimp Scampi

The shrimp

medium-sized shrimp, shelled and deveined
The sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 550°F (287°C) for broiling.
- Rinse the shrimp and pat them dry.
- Combine the shrimp with the rest of the ingredients in a baking dish and stir well.
- Transfer the baking dish to the oven and broil for 4-5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, over pasta or rice, or enjoy as is.
