Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi

Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp, drain, and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the melted butter.
- Sauté the minced garlic for a few seconds before adding the shrimp.
- Season the shrimp with salt and cayenne pepper if using, and stir to combine.
- Add the white wine and lemon juice, and stir until the wine reduces slightly.
- Add the chopped parsley, stir well, and serve immediately.
