Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions and reserve some pasta water.
- Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sauté garlic until lightly golden.
- Add wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, and cook until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then toss with the pasta and serve immediately.
