Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper over the shrimp and set aside.
- In a sauté pan, melt the butter and add olive oil.
- Sauté the garlic until aromatic, then add the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp until half done, then add white wine, salt, and sugar.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine to the pan, mixing well.
- Once the shrimp is fully cooked, add lemon juice, black pepper, and parsley.
- Toss everything together and serve immediately with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
