The pasta

Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to the package directions, reserving ½ cup of pasta water when draining.
- In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp, sautéing until shrimp are partially cooked (1-2 minutes) without burning the garlic.
- Deglaze the pan with wine, then add stock, marinara, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Incorporate grated cheese, parsley, and the beurre manie, bringing the sauce to a quick boil to thicken.
- Reduce heat and add half of the reserved pasta water and cooked linguine, tossing to combine.
- If the sauce is too thick, add remaining pasta water or stock as needed.
- Serve and enjoy.
