The shrimp
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
- Add garlic and lemon zest, stirring until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine, adding red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp, cover, and cook until slightly translucent.
- Reduce heat and cook until shrimp are fully cooked and pink.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and remaining butter, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
