Shrimp Scampi Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water and salt it generously.
- 2. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- 3. In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
- 4. Add shrimp, season with salt, and cook until pink throughout.
- 5. Stir in white wine, lemon juice, and tomatoes; cook for another two minutes.
- 6. Add butter and stir until melted, then mix in the pasta and add reserved pasta water for desired sauciness.
- 7. Garnish with basil and parmesan cheese before serving.
