Instructions
- Boil the angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the shrimp with Creole seasoning and sauté for 3-5 minutes, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the onions, garlic, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken stock, parsley, and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
- Add the Creole seasoning and salt, then mix in the pasta until it absorbs the sauce.
- Return the shrimp to the pan, adjust seasonings if needed, and serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese.
