Foil Pack Shrimp

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or oven to 400ºF and prepare two aluminum foil boats.
- Mix all ingredients for the old bay seasoning in a bowl and set aside.
- Toss the shrimp with 3 tablespoons of old bay seasoning and ½ teaspoon of salt, then refrigerate.
- Divide the vegetables and sausage between the two foil boats, drizzle with olive oil, and toss.
- Add old bay seasoning, broth, wine, and tabasco to each boat, then top with butter.
- Seal the foil boats and grill for 25 minutes.
- Open the boats and add shrimp, seal again, and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp are cooked.
- Remove from grill, add cilantro, toss, and serve with crusty bread.
