Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F) and prepare the foil packets.
- Microwave the potatoes for 3 minutes, then slice them once cool enough to handle.
- Distribute the sliced potatoes into the foil sheets, then add corn, sausage, and shrimp.
- Melt the butter and mix it with lemon juice, thyme, and garlic, then drizzle it over the shrimp packets.
- Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning over each packet, seal them tightly, and grill for 12 to 15 minutes until the shrimp is cooked and potatoes are tender.
