Shrimp and Asparagus Foil Packs

medium thickness asparagus, woody ends trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400 - 425 degrees F) and cut 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Divide the shrimp among the foil packs near the center and place the asparagus to one side.
- Pour ½ Tbsp of white wine over each pack, then sprinkle with garlic and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the butter pieces evenly among the packs, layering them over the shrimp and asparagus.
- Wrap the packets and crimp the edges together, leaving some space inside for heat circulation.
- Grill the packets sealed side upward for about 9 - 10 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Carefully unwrap the packets, drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
