Grilled Asparagus in Foil

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F.
- 2. Coat four large squares of foil with cooking spray.
- 3. Divide the asparagus stalks evenly among the squares of foil.
- 4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the asparagus.
- 5. Place 2 teaspoons of butter in each packet.
- 6. Fold the foil over the asparagus to seal completely.
- 7. Grill the packets for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or bake for the same time.
- 8. Carefully open the foil packets, stir to coat the asparagus with butter and seasonings, and sprinkle with parsley before serving with lemon wedges if desired.
