Grilled Asparagus

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and lemon zest to the asparagus and toss well.
- Prepare the Preserved Lemon Aioli by mixing mayo, preserved lemon, garlic, herbs, and water until smooth.
- Once the grill is hot, place the asparagus on the grill across the grates.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes, then turn and grill for another 1-2 minutes until bright green.
- Test for doneness; they should be tender-crisp with a little char.
- Remove from the grill, squeeze with lemon juice, and toss again.
- Serve immediately, optionally with the Preserved Lemon Aioli.
