Lemon Garlic Shrimp Foil Packets

Instructions
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- Slice the lemon and cut each slice into 4 pieces.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, dry white wine or broth, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a large piece of aluminum foil on your work surface and add a handful of green beans in the center.
- Layer about 12 shrimp over the green beans, add sun dried tomatoes and lemon slices, then drizzle with the garlic lemon mixture.
- Fold the aluminum foil over the ingredients and seal the edges tightly.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients to make more packets.
- Place the packets on the grill, seam side up, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the packets from the grill and carefully cut open the foil to serve.
