Cajun Butter

unsalted butter, melted

cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Fill a large stockpot halfway with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
- Add Old Bay seasoning, then the potatoes and corn. Cover and boil for 8 to 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Prepare the Cajun butter by mixing melted butter with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
- Add shrimp and smoked sausage to the pot and boil for one minute until shrimp turns orange-pink.
- Drain the ingredients using a colander.
- Heat a skillet and combine the Cajun butter with the boiled ingredients.
- Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
