Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water, enough to cover the shrimp and vegetables.
- Add spices, halved lemons, and bay leaves to the pot and stir to combine.
- Add corn, halved potatoes, and sausage to the pot, ensuring everything is submerged.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Add shrimp and stir to distribute evenly.
- Cook for 2-4 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
- Use a strainer to remove shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage, draining excess water.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
